SEAINT Listserv SEAINT (International Structural Engineering Association) maintains an Email server that provides an informal forum for exchange of information. Topics are generally related to engineering, business practice, and information sources. Currently the list has over a thousand subscribers and you can expect 20 to 30 e-mail's per day.
